Get ready to flip the world upside down at our Stranger Things-inspired Theater Camp! Designed especially for middle schoolers, this immersive experience blends acting, imagination, and adventure into one unforgettable week. Campers will dive into the mysterious world of Hawkins as they bring scenes to life from both the hit TV series and its thrilling Broadway stage adaptation. From intense dramatic moments to fun character interactions, students will explore acting techniques, character development, and stage presence while working in teams. But that’s not all—just like Mike and the gang, campers will gather around the table for epic Dungeons & Dragonssessions! Guided by camp instructors, they’ll create characters, build stories, and embark on imaginative quests that inspire creativity and collaboration. The week wraps up with a showcase where campers share their scenes and stories with family and friends. Whether you love acting, fantasy games, or just want to try something new, this camp is your portal to creativity, courage, and a little bit of supernatural fun. *Mark your Calendar: Final Performances will take place on FRIDAY at 3:00pm or 3:40pm depending on the group your child is in (this will be communicated after the first day of camp). Children will be released to families following the performance. Final Performances will be recorded and shared for families who are unable to attend. *Stages offers a multi-week discount on camps. Each week is inspired by different Broadway musicals, so join us for one week or all ten! ***Families are responsible for providing: - A nut free lunch and 2 snacks - A water bottle. Please make sure that everything is labeled. CANCELLATION POLICY: If you need to cancel your camp enrollment, our cancellation policy is as follows: -If you cancel 4 weeks before the start of camp, you may receive a full refund less a $20 processing fee or a credit for the full amount paid to your Care.com Connect account to be used for future Stages Chicago programming. -If you cancel 1-4 weeks before the start of camp, you may receive a 50% refund or a full credit to your Care.com Connect account. -If you cancel 1-7 days before the start of camp, you may receive a full credit to your Care.com Connect account that expires May 31, 2027 -After camp starts, no refunds or credits will be given. Make-up days can be arranged pending availability but are not guaranteed.
