Each week, Broadway Little Stars introduces preschoolers to a new musical through activities inspired by the “show of the week” and designed to get them singing, dancing, and acting along. Classes are taught by professional teaching artists who are experts at engaging and educating children in fun, developmentally appropriate ways. Whether your child is ready for the spotlight or simply loves musicals, this class is for them!

While the goal is drop-off, we understand that for many children, this will be their first separation experience. Parents will be allowed to stay in class with their child for as long as necessary and Prep teachers will work with parents to create a drop-off routine for each child that ensures both kiddos and their parents are comfortable. Parents and caregivers whose children feel comfortable being dropped off are welcome to stay at Soul City and hang out while classes are taking place but it is not required. *ADD ON Thursdays and/or Session 2 using "Extras" to receive discounted pricing.*

Get ready to ROCK OUT and shine! In this high-energy class, dancers will learn the latest K-Pop dance moves while building rhythm, coordination, and confidence. We promote a healthy lifestyle through fun physical activity and creative self-expression set to upbeat, kid-friendly pop music. This is a performance-based program where dancers work toward a final rockin’ showcase in costumes for family and friends to enjoy. Tuition includes Funky Divas & Dudes TANK or T-SHIRT to keep after the show! Dress comfy and wear tennis shoes. In Music 2, children will begin to experiment with ways to play musical instruments, accompany a song with rhythm, and act out lyrics through movements using both gross motor and fine motor skills. Children know so much about music at this stage, and are at the beginning stages of being able to express themselves musically! Benefits: Physical: Sensory exploration time is supported while children practice their motor skills, which is crucial for your child’s overall development. Cognitive: Music play helps activate parts of the brain responsible for music and speech processing. It creates an early appreciation of music and supports language development. Get ready to Defy Gravity this summer with everyone's favorite witches! Don't wait to enroll, this week is going to be POP-U-LAR! This week long camp, inspired by the hit musical WICKED and its iconic movie adaptation, combines the magic of musical theater with the fun and freedom of summer to help campers develop the skills every performer needs to perform on a Broadway Stage! Campers will spend the week singing, dancing, acting, and rehearsing for their Final Performance which will take place on the last day of camp! They’ll also be given the chance to discover what goes on “behind the scenes” helping to create costume pieces, sets, and props that they'll use in their final performance! Learn the skills necessary to throw cylinders, cups, bowls and more in this exciting introduction to throwing fundamentals. Your instructor guides you through the process of throwing, shaping and trimming pots on the wheel. Special handbuilding project and casting will also included. Basic surface decoration and glazing techniques are also demonstrated. This class is designed for students any level experience on the potter’s wheel. Those who have more experience will complete more pieces/ advanced techniques. Those learning will master the basic skills to create wheel thrown pieces. Register for all classes, as we will build on experience of the students. During our last class, we will meet the last 10-15 minutes of class for an Art Show Presentation. Students will showcase their pieces in an art show to guests. Parents- Invite grandparents, friends and family. All pieces go home the last day of class. Such a fun way for students to share what they have learned through process and design. Many projects are “built upon” each class, so that students experience a variety of mediums and take home several projects. Projects are new every session, so sign-up for both June and July sessions. Our Last Class we will have student presentations the last 15 minutes of class. Please bring a bag and some towels, paper to wrap all of your treasures and take home.

We'll sing, creatively move, play instruments, improvise, use props, dance, enjoy musical story time and most importantly...have fun!! Feel free to bring a blanket or yoga mat to sit on. Older siblings (6+ years) are welcome to join free of charge. For questions call the studio at (331) 261-5799. Refunds are not offered for these classes, however, we will do our best to provide make up classes when possible. All make ups must be used within the current session. Any exceptions are at the discretion of Sing with Emily staff. **Weekly classes need at least 3 students to run. In the event that not enough students are registered in advance, a class may be cancelled 24 hours before the date of the class. 🎤 Sky Divers: Intro to Debate (Grades 5–8) Beginner Level • No Prior Debate Experience Required Curious about debate but not sure where to start? This beginner-level course is designed specifically for middle school students who want to learn the foundations of debate in a fun, supportive, and confidence-building environment. This class is not intended for experienced debaters. Over 6 high-energy weeks, students will explore what debate is, how to build clear and logical arguments, and how to deliver their ideas confidently—all through interactive games, small-group practice, and instructor-guided coaching. Students will learn how to: Structure simple but powerful arguments Support their points with strong reasons and examples Listen actively and respond thoughtfully Practice both written arguments and impromptu (on-the-spot) arguments This is the perfect introduction for students who may be interested in joining debate in middle school or high school, or for those who simply want to think more critically, speak more confidently, and strengthen their communication skills. Every class is designed to be engaging, approachable, and fun—while still building real skills that students can use in class discussions, presentations, interviews, and beyond.
